Return policy:

Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for an exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please email bigcheesetheatre@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide shipping instructions for your purchased item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of their return. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to be sent to your email.
